For GIS professionals

Download Arcgis File To View Layers

GIS professionals with access to ArcGIS Pro, can download and open this file to access all the layers in the Plan4HealthNJ’s Mapping Tool Web Viewer. These layers can be analyzed, modified, and used to create professional formatted maps in ArcGIS Pro.

Serving as a foundational entry point for local analysis, the interactive map enables users to explore geographic patterns, compare conditions across communities, and consider how planning decisions, policies, and investments may influence health outcomes over time. The tool is designed to support data-informed dialogue, highlight opportunities and disparities, and encourage more health-centered planning at the local level.

Related Data & Mapping Tools

To further support informed and locally responsive decision-making, the Plan4HealthNJ toolkits reference a range of additional data resources and mapping platforms that complement the Plan4HealthNJ Mapping Tool. These resources provide expanded perspectives, specialized datasets, and alternative visualization approaches that allow communities to explore specific topics in greater depth.

Together, these tools broaden the analytical landscape available to communities, enabling local leaders, practitioners, and residents to layer insights, tailor analysis to local priorities, and strengthen planning efforts through a richer understanding of place-based conditions and opportunities.
